關(guān)于“第十六屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會(huì)實(shí)踐與科技競(jìng)賽-港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道”
作品報(bào)名及提交截止日期延后至6月30日的通知
尊敬的各位聯(lián)系老師、參賽同學(xué)和指導(dǎo)教師：
您好！
為便于各參賽高校更好地組織參賽作品，現(xiàn)將港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道作品報(bào)名及提交截止日期延后的事宜作補(bǔ)充通知，并針對(duì)港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道共性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行說(shuō)明如下：
1、第十六屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會(huì)實(shí)踐與科技競(jìng)賽-港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道報(bào)名及作品提交截止日期均延后至6月30日。請(qǐng)?jiān)?/span>2023年6月30日晚24點(diǎn)前將報(bào)名文件（申請(qǐng)文件）、作品報(bào)告、視頻（可選）等支撐性材料（可選）發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com，所提交材料須為英文版本。
2、國(guó)際賽道的參賽隊(duì)伍要求組長(zhǎng)具有港澳臺(tái)或國(guó)外高校的學(xué)籍，需提供學(xué)生證等證明文件。組長(zhǎng)以外的其他組員和指導(dǎo)老師的學(xué)籍和國(guó)籍均不做限制。專科生、本科生和研究生均可報(bào)名參賽。
3、港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)單獨(dú)設(shè)置，獲獎(jiǎng)證書將標(biāo)注該參賽隊(duì)伍的所有參賽高校。同時(shí)證書蓋章與主賽道一致，證書為英文。
4、港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道將設(shè)立金、銀、銅和優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)，金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)將設(shè)有一定的獎(jiǎng)金（以組委會(huì)通知為準(zhǔn)），各獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的獲獎(jiǎng)比例將超過(guò)主賽道相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
5、主賽道國(guó)賽參賽作品，不可以重復(fù)參加港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道。
6、主賽道未出校參加國(guó)賽的作品可以進(jìn)一步與港澳臺(tái)或國(guó)際高校合作，報(bào)名參加國(guó)際賽道，但參賽隊(duì)伍需符合國(guó)際賽道報(bào)名要求。
7、中外或者大陸與港澳臺(tái)等聯(lián)合辦學(xué)（學(xué)生可以同時(shí)拿外方單位學(xué)位）的學(xué)生可以以外單位名義報(bào)名參加港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道。

各位同學(xué)，
現(xiàn)向您介紹今年8月在東南大學(xué)舉行的第十六屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會(huì)實(shí)踐與科技競(jìng)賽（港澳臺(tái)及國(guó)際賽道）。該競(jìng)賽作為中國(guó)一項(xiàng)久負(fù)盛名的比賽，始于2008年，每年舉辦一次。
按照規(guī)定，所有在高等學(xué)校注冊(cè)的全日制學(xué)生均有提交參賽資格。更多信息請(qǐng)?jiān)L問(wèn)官方網(wǎng)站

請(qǐng)參閱以下一些要點(diǎn)，以方便參考，詳情可在所附文件中查看。
參賽對(duì)象：
1.全日制本科生和研究生。
2.學(xué)生人數(shù)不超過(guò)7人，指導(dǎo)教師人數(shù)不超過(guò)2人。
3.隊(duì)伍中須有一名學(xué)生擔(dān)任隊(duì)長(zhǎng)。參賽隊(duì)伍所在單位為隊(duì)長(zhǎng)所在學(xué)校。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員可來(lái)源于不同的高校和國(guó)家。
獎(jiǎng)品設(shè)置（視參賽作品數(shù)量調(diào)整）：
1.金獎(jiǎng)：獎(jiǎng)金及獲獎(jiǎng)證書；
2.銀獎(jiǎng)：獎(jiǎng)金及獲獎(jiǎng)證書；
3.銅獎(jiǎng)：獎(jiǎng)金及獲獎(jiǎng)證書；
4.優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)：獲獎(jiǎng)證書。
作品申報(bào)：
1.參賽作品可以是與節(jié)能減排有關(guān)的實(shí)物或概念性方案，申請(qǐng)文件應(yīng)以英文書寫。
2.請(qǐng)于2023年6月30日前將申請(qǐng)表發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com。
3.在2023年6月30日前將申請(qǐng)文件，包括報(bào)告、視頻（可選）等支撐性材料（可選）發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com。
4.入圍名單將于2023年7月公布，最終比賽（線上PPT展示）將于2023年8月舉行。

Invitation to Join the 16th National University Student Social Practice and Science Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Group)
Dear Students,
We would like to draw your attention to the 16th National University Student Social Practice and Science Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Group), which is to be held in August online at Southeast University this year. The Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Contest is a prestigious competition in China, which started in 2008 and was held annually.
According to the regulations stipulated, all full-time students registered at any higher education institutions are eligible to submit their projects for the competition. For more information, please visit the official website http://www.minghuicapital.cn/(in Chinese).
Please see below some major points for your easy reference and details can be viewed in the documents attached.
Eligibility (Adjustments will be made based on the number of entries):
1. Full-time undergraduates and graduate students.
2. Eligible students who participate as a team should limit to no more than 7 students and no more than 2 supervisors.
3. One of the 7 students serves as the team lead. The team lead’s affiliation is regarded as the participating institution. Team members could have different affiliations and nationalities.
Prizes setting (Will be decided based on the project number):
1. Gold Award: Bonus and certificate for each item;
2. Silver Award: Bonus and certificates for each item;
3. Copper Award: Bonus and certificates for each item;
4. Outstanding Award: certificate for each item.
Application:
1. The entries could be a real product or conceptual scheme related to energy saving and emission reduction, and the application documents should be written in English.
2.Send the application form to ecerc2023@163.com by June 30th 2023.
3. Send the application documents, including report, video (optional) and other supporting materials (optional), to ecerc2023@163.com by June 30th, 2023.
4. The shortlist entries will be announcedin July 2023 and the final competition (online PPT presentation) is to be held in August 2023.
