第十七屆全國大學生節(jié)能減排社會實踐與科技競賽—港澳臺及國際賽道材料提交的補充說明
各位同學，
為規(guī)范作品形式，保證評審公平性，現就港澳臺及國際賽道材料提交的相關問題進行補充說明：
1、作品提交截止時間為2024年6月20日24:00前，未按時提交者視為自動放棄。
2、向組委會郵箱發(fā)送文件主題統(tǒng)一命名為：[International Group]_隊長姓名_隊長高校，樣例：[International Group]_Pengcheng Dai_ Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
3、所有文件打包為單個RAR壓縮文件，壓縮文件命名格式為“隊長姓名_隊長高校”，樣例：Pengcheng Dai_Massachusetts Institute of Technology，為便于后期查找核對，壓縮文件內請不要再出現二級文件夾或壓縮包。
4、作品文件包括：
（1）學籍證明PDF文件，命名為Certificate file_隊長姓名，示例：Certificate file_Pengcheng
Dai。
（2）作品說明書PDF文件，命名為Report_隊長姓名，示例：Report_Pengcheng Dai。
（3）所有成員簽字的誠信承諾書掃描版PDF文件，命名為Integrity commitment_隊長姓名，示例：Integrity commitment_Pengcheng Dai。
（4）其他支撐文件，命名為Supporting material_n_文件說明，示例：Supporting material_1_Video。
5、說明書格式進行了微調，增加了成員信息說明，第一作者（隊長）及指導老師為通訊作者，需提供有效郵箱。
后期安排有任何變動，組委會均會在官網發(fā)布通知，請及時關注官網信息。

Supplementary Instructions for Material
Submission of the 17th National University Student Social Practice and Science
Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and
International Group)
Dear students,
In order to standardize the form of works
and ensure fairness in the evaluation process, the following supplementary
instructions are provided regarding the submission of materials for the Hong
Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and International Group:
1. The
deadline for submitting works is before 24:00 on June 20, 2024. Failure to
submit on time will be considered as an automatic withdrawal.
2. Email
the files to the organizing committee, using the uniform subject naming format:
[International Group] Captain''''''''s Name_Captain''''''''s University. For example:
[International Group]Pengcheng Dai_Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.
3. All
files should be packaged into a single RAR compressed file, named in the format
"Captain''''''''s Name_Captain''''''''s University, "e.g., "Pengcheng
Dai_Massachusetts Institute of Technology". To facilitate later retrieval
and verification, please avoid nested folders or multiple layers of compression
within the compressed file.
4. The
works file should include:
(1) A PDF file of the student ID
certificate, named as "Certificate file_Captain''''''''s Name", for example:
"Certificate file_Pengcheng Dai".
(2) A PDF file of the project report,
named as "Report_Captain''''''''s Name", for example: "Report_Pengcheng
Dai".
(3) A scanned PDF file of the integrity
commitment signed by all members, named as "Integrity commitment_Captain''''''''s
Name", for example: "Integrity commitment_Pengcheng Dai".
(4) Other supporting documents, named as "Supporting
material_n_File Description", for example: "Supporting
material_1_Video".
5. The
format of the project report has been fine-tuned to include member information
descriptions. The first author (team captain) and the advisor are the
corresponding authors and need to provide valid email addresses.
Any changes to the arrangement will be
announced on the official website. Please pay attention to the information on
the official website in a timely manner.
